Overview

This website is operated by Alpha TCG ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies at the time of your order.

Our products

We sell collectible Pokémon trading cards and related products, including single cards, graded cards and factory-sealed product. Card conditions are described on each listing. Sealed products contain randomised contents; we make no representation about the contents or value of any individual sealed item. Photographs of single cards are of the actual card where stated; stock images may be used for sealed product.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product was listed at an incorrect price or is out of stock. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund. An order is accepted when we dispatch the goods.

Buying cards from you

Our buylist service is governed by our Buylist Terms. Estimates generated by the buylist calculator are not binding offers.

Accuracy of information

We take care to describe items accurately, including card condition, set and edition, but occasional errors can occur. If you receive an item materially different from its description, our Return and Refund Policy applies.

Intellectual property

Pokémon and all associated names, marks and images are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK Inc. and The Pokémon Company (International). Alpha TCG is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any of these companies.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident elsewhere in the UK may rely on the mandatory consumer protections of, and bring proceedings in, their home nation.
