Shipping policy

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom within 1–2 working days of payment. During busy periods (new set releases, holidays) dispatch may take slightly longer — we'll let you know if there's a delay.

Packaging

Single cards are shipped in a penny sleeve and top loader (or card saver), in rigid packaging. Graded cards are bubble-wrapped and boxed. Sealed product is packed in boxes with protective filler. We take card protection seriously — your cards arrive in the condition they left.

Delivery options and times

Available delivery services and prices are shown at checkout. As a guide, standard UK delivery arrives within 2–3 working days of dispatch, and tracked and next-day options are available. Higher-value orders are sent on a tracked, signed-for service at our discretion, at no extra cost to you.

International

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. If you're outside the UK and want something, contact us and we'll see what we can do.

Problems

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of your dispatch confirmation, or arrives damaged, contact us via the contact page and we'll put it right — replacement or refund in line with our Return and Refund Policy.
