These terms apply to all card submissions made through our Sell Your Cards buylist. By ticking "I agree to the buylist terms" and submitting a buylist request, you accept the terms below.
1. Estimates and offers
The total shown by the buylist calculator is an estimate only, based on the quantities and card types you enter and our buylist rates at the time of submission. It is not a binding offer. After you submit, we will email you a formal offer together with shipping instructions. Buylist rates may change at any time; the rates applied are those confirmed in your offer email.
2. Condition and verification
All quantities and card types are verified when your cards arrive. Our listed rates assume cards in played-or-better condition, free of major damage (creases, tears, water damage or heavy whitening). Cards that don't match the category or condition entered may be re-categorised or receive an adjusted offer. Vintage and higher-value cards may receive individually adjusted offers after inspection.
3. Genuine cards only
We only buy genuine Pokémon TCG cards. Counterfeit or proxy cards will be withheld from any offer and can be returned to you at your cost on request. We reserve the right to refuse any submission.
4. Sending your cards
Do not send cards until you have received our offer email and shipping instructions. Your cards remain your responsibility until they are delivered to us, so we recommend using a tracked and insured service appropriate to the value of your submission. Packages sent without a submission reference may be delayed.
5. The final offer, payment and returns
Once your cards are counted and verified we will confirm the final offer by email. If you accept, payment is made by PayPal or UK bank transfer within 24 hours of your acceptance. If the final offer is lower than the estimate and you decline it, we will return your cards to you; return postage is payable by you. If we don't hear back within 14 days of sending the final offer, we will treat it as accepted and issue payment to the details you provided.
6. Ownership
By submitting cards you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have a parent or guardian's consent), that the cards are yours to sell, and that they are free of any third-party claims.
